Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Job Role / Responsibilities

Amazing Care Solutions LLC is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality care and support to clients in their homes. The CNA will assist clients with personal care and daily activities while promoting their safety, comfort, dignity, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when needed.
• Monitor clients and report changes in their condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor.
• Provide medication reminders as permitted by the care plan and applicable regulations.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Accurately document care and services provided.
• Maintain client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, nurses, and other members of the care team.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Previous home care or healthcare experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
• Ability to safely perform the physical duties required for the position.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be able to pass required background checks and employment screenings.
