What they need
Position Summary: Certified Nursing Assistant
Provides assistance to patients with activities of daily living and delivers basic nursing care within the Medical-Surgical Acute Care Unit. Supports the maintenance of a safe, clean, and organized environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse responsible for the team and/or unit.
Requirements:
- Education: High School graduate or equivalent. Successful completion of certified nursing assistant program.
- Certification/Licensure:
- CNA certification or current RN student with documentation of completion of two clinical rotations.
- Current American Red Cross or American Heart Association BLS required.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of related work experience preferred.
- Software/Hardware: Experience with Meditech is preferred.
Location: Merrimack Health · Methuen Hospital Float
Schedule: 3:00pm - 11:30pm, Evenings
