We're looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who takes pride in providing compassionate care and working closely with our healthcare team.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, meals, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate and respectful care while maintaining residents' dignity.
• Monitor residents' condition and promptly report changes or concerns to the nursing team.
• Assist nurses with routine nursing care and other assigned tasks.
• Support residents during daily activities and therapeutic routines.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order within the assigned areas.
• Accurately document care provided and relevant observations.
• Follow established healthcare, safety, and facility protocols.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other departments.
• Perform other duties related to resident care as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Previous experience in a healthcare, rehabilitation, caregiving, or related setting is an advantage.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful toward residents.
• Responsible, dependable, and attentive to details.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to follow instructions and established care protocols.
• Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
