Job Summary

Duties

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility using safe handling practices and transfer equipment.
• Support clients with medication reminders.
• Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia.
• Maintain patient confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and safeguarding medical records and sensitive information.
• Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Skills

• Proven experience working with diverse patient populations including geriatric, pediatrics and, individuals with disabilities.
• Able to use electronic charting system for documentation.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients demonstrating empathy and professionalism.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
