• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Assist with mobility by using equipment such wheelchairs.
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experiences:

• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
