Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide vital sign checks and report any changes to the nursing team
• Assist with meal preparation and serving, ensuring patient satisfaction and comfort
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment, adhering to infection control standards
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient care and progress, accurately and timely

Essential Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
• High school diploma or equivalent required
