Shift: Days | 3×12 | 5:30 AM–6:00 PM | Every Other Weekend

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Pay: $30/hour on W-2

Job Overview

Seeking a CNA to provide direct care and support to residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The patient population ranges from ages 9–65, with a focus on maintaining resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of care.

Duties

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and maintaining resident safety.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Provide appropriate care and support based on individual resident needs.
• Assist with G-Tube-related care within CNA scope and facility policy.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection-control standards.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare staff.

Required

• Active CNA or CMA qualification.
• G-Tube experience required.
• Ability to work 3×12 day shifts and every other weekend.
• Flu shot required.

Preferred

• ICF experience.
• Experience caring for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• LTC experience.
• Previous G-Tube care experience.

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 per week

License/Certification:

• CNA License (Preferred)
• BLS Certification (Preferred)
