• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Provide support in urgent care situations and assist with medical procedures as directed by nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care activities.
• Support patients in behavioral health settings by providing emotional support and monitoring their condition.
• Assist with catheter care and ensure proper hygiene practices are followed.
• Engage with patients in memory care programs to promote cognitive function and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized patient care plans.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.

Skills

• Experience or training in urgent care settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical office procedures and inpatient care practices is advantageous.
• Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in catheter care techniques is essential for patient comfort and safety.
• Ability to maintain accurate medical records and documentation efficiently.
• Experience in memory care programs or home community care settings is beneficial.
