What You’ll Do

As a CNA, you’ll help provide safe, compassionate, and respectful care to our residents, including:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, feeding, and other activities of daily living
• Taking and accurately recording vital signs
• Following individualized care plans
• Completing required EMR/EHR documentation
• Supporting resident comfort, dignity, independence, and safety
• Reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Working closely with nurses, CNAs, therapy, and other team members
• Protecting resident privacy and following HIPAA requirements
• Creating a positive experience for residents and their families

Requirements

• Current CNA certification/license as required
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening
• Ability to meet applicable employment and clearance requirements
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position
