Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality, hands-on care to a client with complex medical needs. This role requires experience supporting individuals with paraplegia and providing ostomy care. The ideal candidate is professional, patient-focused, and committed to delivering respectful and consistent care.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Support safe mobility, positioning, and transfers for a client with paraplegia
• Perform and assist with ostomy care in accordance with care plans and training
• Monitor the client’s condition and report changes to the appropriate supervisor
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment
• Follow all care plans, safety guidelines, and documentation requirements
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered support at all times

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Proven experience caring for individuals with paraplegia
• Proven experience providing ostomy care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work independently while following established care plans
