• Use appropriate patient transfer methods to support safe movement.
• Communicate observations and care-related information to caregivers.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and handle personal information responsibly.

Skills

• Experience in a long-term care facility.
• Patient care skills and experience working with geriatric patients.
• Knowledge of patient transfer methods.
• Clear, respectful caregiver communication.
