Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance as needed
• Assist with mobility and ambulation, including transferring residents from bed to wheelchair or bath
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and respect to all residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
