Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Our open shift is 7a-7p. We offer a great benefit package PLUS .35/hr shift differential for nights added to a competitive pay of up to $19/hr, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize EMR and EHR systems to update patient records.
• Assist with mobility and transportation of patients within the facility.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient support.
• Engage with patients and families to provide emotional support and education.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Proficient in basic life support and patient care
• Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation
• Experience with EMR and EHR systems.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
• Background in long-term care, assisted living, or hospital settings
• Ability to work with patients with developmental disabilities and Alzheimer's care
