What you’ll be doing:

• Participate in daily nursing report and perform daily electronic documentation.
• Assist residents with all aspects of their care: Showers, Toileting, Hygiene, Skin care, Nail care, activities, Exercises, Transfers, Lifting, Positioning, transporting, meal assistance and Ambulation assistance.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and work with other nursing staff to ensure quality of care and best practices are followed.
• Work with a high quality, collaborative team.
• Must have current, unencumbered, state nurse aide license [must be able to provide all necessary documentation]
