• Support patients with mobility needs, including lifting and transferring individuals safely.
• Administer basic medical procedures such as catheter care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to hygiene standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient progress and needs.
• Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with medical terminology standards.

Requirements

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial for effective communication within the healthcare team.
• Ability to lift patients safely and assist with mobility challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and comply with health regulations.
