Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team on a per diem and temporary basis. This role involves providing essential support to patients in various healthcare facilities throughout Chula Vista and other locations within San Diego County. The position offers flexible work hours and facility assignments, making it ideal for individuals seeking adaptable scheduling. A current California CNA certification is required to ensure compliance with state regulations and to deliver quality patient care.

Duties

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff.
• Support patients with feeding, hydration, and comfort measures.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with facility policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Follow all safety procedures and uphold patient dignity at all times.

Skills

• Valid California CNA certification is mandatory.
