Your Role:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents with dignity and respect
• Assist residents with daily living activities while promoting comfort and safety
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team
• Deliver patient-centered care while following long-term care standards
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and caregivers to ensure quality resident care

Who We’re Looking For:

• Current Illinois CNA certification
• Graduate of an accredited CNA training program
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
• Passionate about providing personalized, resident-focused care
• Dependable with strong communication and teamwork skills
