Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to manage primary resident care assignments. You will work alongside floor nurses to complete hands-on activities of daily living and bed-to-chair transfers. Work is direct, physical, and focused on maintaining scheduled nursing workflows.

Compensation, Schedule & Benefits

• Pay Rate: Starting at $18/hr, scaling upward with experience
• Schedule: 12-Hr shifts

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bathing and dressing.
• Transfer and reposition residents using safe body mechanics.
• Distribute meal trays and assist residents with eating.
• Answer call lights promptly to resolve resident requests.
• Collect and log vital signs, weights, and fluid intake.
• Report changes in resident conditions directly to the charge nurse.
• Stock floor linen carts and maintain clean resident rooms.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Texas
• Must pass a standard criminal background check
• Must pass a drug screening
• Reliable transportation for consistent attendance
