About the Role

You will provide one-on-one care for elderly or disabled clients in their homes or local facilities, helping them maintain independence and wellbeing.

• We are looking for Full-time, Part-time, and PRN Staff.

Responsibilities

As a CNA on our team, you will bring your hands-on care expertise into a 1-on-1 home

environment, helping clients maintain independence, dignity, and safety:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming,

toileting, and mobility assistance.

• Apply specialized dementia care techniques to manage behavioral changes, redirection,

and memory loss support with patience and empathy.

• Track daily routine consistency, and document any changes in physical or cognitive

condition.

• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation tailored to dietary needs, and medication

reminders.

• Create a safe, calm home environment to reduce anxiety and prevent fall risks or

wandering.

• Communicate regularly with client families and our nursing coordination team.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active, unencumbered CNA license in the State of Virginia.
• Experience:
• Minimum [1-2] years of experience in a long-term care facility, nursing home,

assisted living, or hospital setting required.

• Direct experience caring for clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or cognitive

impairments required.

• Credentials & Mobility:
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Current CPR / BLS certification.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Key Skills: High emotional intelligence, patience with memory loss behaviors, physical

stamina for transfer assistance, and strong reliability.

Compensation
Starting pay: $18/hour — or higher depending on experience and case complexity

• Weekly pay
• PRN (as-needed) opportunities available
