Available Shifts:

Morning/Day Shift (2 Full Time positions available)

• Full-Time - 6:00 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.

All shifts include every other weekend.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support residents with personal care, comfort, dignity, and safety
• Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Follow individualized care plans and resident routines
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a comfortable home environment
• Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional care

What We're Looking For

• Active Minnesota CNA certification required
• Assisted living or memory care experience preferred
• Dementia care experience is a plus
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and not be listed on the OIG Exclusion List

Pay

Competitive pay based on experience.
