About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at The Grove at Carvalho, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and individualized care to our residents. Your duties will include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Assisting with resident transfers and ambulation
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
• Working collaboratively with the nursing team to develop and implement care plans

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including personal care, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration
• Assist with resident transfers, ambulation, and rehabilitative activities
• Report any changes in resident condition or concerns to the nursing team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement care plans
