Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $19.46–$21.74/hour, based on experience
• Shift & Weekend Differentials: Additional $2.00/hour
• Schedule: Part-time or full-time evening shift
• Rotating weekends and holidays

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities
• Promote residents’ dignity, comfort, and independence
• Recognize and communicate residents’ needs to the care team
• Provide compassionate, respectful, hands-on care
• Collaborate with coworkers to deliver exceptional care

What We're Looking For

• Current Indiana CNA certification
• A passion for caring for older adults
• Dependability and a team-focused mindset
• A commitment to treating residents with dignity and respect
