Position Overview As a CNA in a GTE environment, you’ll support residents with daily living needs, emotional encouragement, and dignity—making a direct impact on their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Provide companionship, patience, and respectful communication
• Maintain cleanliness, comfort, and safety of resident spaces
• Document care provided according to facility standards

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred

• Dependable team player with strong communication skills
