Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $19.46–$21.76/hour, based on experience
• Weekend Differential: Additional $2.00/hour
• Schedule: Part-time, day shift
• Rotating weekends and holidays

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate personal care that promotes dignity and independence
• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Communicate residents’ needs to the care team
• Collaborate with coworkers to provide exceptional care

What We're Looking For

• Current Indiana CNA certification
• A passion for caring for older adults
• A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
• Dependability and a commitment to quality care
