Certified Nursing Assistant - PRN

Job Overview
Golden Serenity Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated PRN CNA to provide high-quality, non-skilled care to pediatric clients in their homes. This is an as-needed position, with assignments and hours based on client needs, staffing requirements, and agency availability.

The ideal candidate will assist pediatric clients with activities of daily living, promote their comfort, safety, and well-being, and provide supportive care that helps families maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing home environment. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, reliability, compassion, and a commitment to providing individualized care to medically fragile and special-needs children.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including Bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, feeding and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse
• Maintain a safe and clean home environment
• Perform light housekeeping duties related to patient care
• Follow the established Plan of Care (POC)
• Support pediatric clients as assigned
• Document care provided in accordance with agency policies
• Use Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner to document patient information accurately and efficiently.

Experience

• Active CNA certification in the state of Georgia (preferred) or PCA experience
• Current CPR certification (preferred)
• Minimum of 6 months–1 year caregiving experience (home care preferred)
• Experience working with pediatric or medically fragile clients is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow directions
• Ability to pass a background check

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
