Certified Nursing Assistant / Registered Behavioral Technician

Job Overview
Golden Serenity Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs/PCAs to provide high-quality, non-skilled care to pediatric clients in a home setting. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, ensure patient comfort and safety, and support families in maintaining a clean and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist pediatric clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including Bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, feeding and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse
• Maintain a safe and clean home environment
• Perform light housekeeping duties related to patient care
• Follow the established Plan of Care (POC)
• Support pediatric clients as assigned
• Document care provided in accordance with agency policies
• Use Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner to document patient information accurately and efficiently.

Experience

• Active CNA certification in the state of Georgia (preferred) or RBT experience
• Current CPR certification (preferred)
• Minimum of 6 months–1 year caregiving experience (home care preferred)
• Experience working with pediatric or medically fragile kids is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow directions
• Ability to pass a background check

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
