What You'll Do

As a CNA, you will provide essential daily living assistance and compassionate support based on each client's individualized care plan.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, repositioning, and fall prevention support.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as appropriate.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and meaningful interaction.
• Observe and report changes in clients' physical condition, behavior, or overall well-being to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe home environment through light housekeeping and related tasks.
• Follow established care plans, agency policies, and safety procedures.
• Accurately document services provided and complete required shift notes.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for clients and their families.

Basic Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Rhode Island, with any required state registration or verification.
• Previous experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, or similar settings is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while following established care plans and instructions.
• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and committed to providing quality care.
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned client locations.
• Ability to meet required background screening, health screening, orientation, and training requirements.
• Availability to accept client assignments in Rhode Island.

Immediate availability is preferred.
