Phoenician HomeCare is looking for compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality in-home support to older adults throughout the Northeast Valley.

Since 2018, our team has helped seniors remain comfortable and independent in familiar surroundings while giving their families dependable support. We’re looking for CNAs who take pride in providing respectful, attentive care and who understand the importance of treating every client with dignity.

Your Role

As an in-home CNA, you’ll provide personalized assistance based on each client’s individual needs and care plan. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living
• Supporting personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
• Providing mobility and transfer assistance
• Assisting with toileting and continence care
• Preparing meals and encouraging proper nutrition
• Providing companionship and meaningful engagement
• Offering medication reminders
• Performing light housekeeping related to the client’s needs
• Accompanying clients to appointments or errands when appropriate
• Observing and communicating changes in a client’s condition or needs
• Helping maintain a safe, comfortable home environment

The goal is simple: help each client maintain as much comfort, independence, and quality of life as possible while remaining safely at home.

• Experienced working with seniors or individuals requiring personal assistance

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 40.0 per week
