Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide high-quality care and support to our clients. In this role, you will assist clients with daily activities, ensure their comfort, and communicate effectively to meet their individual needs. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, attentive, and committed to promoting the well-being of those under their care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Provide compassionate personal care tailored to each client’s needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and concerns, ensuring a personalized care experience.
• Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes or concerns to supervising healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to safety protocols and hygiene standards.
• Support clients in medication reminders and light household tasks as needed.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, family members, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Pay: $20.50 - $22.00 per hour
