Ultimate Therapy is seeking a part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support rehab services in a skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on helping residents improve daily function and independence through guided treatment activities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out care plans established by the supervising therapist
• Lead functional activities focused on self-care, coordination, and daily tasks
• Instruct residents on use of adaptive techniques and equipment
• Encourage participation and engagement during sessions
• Track and report resident progress
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license required (or pending)
• Team-oriented with a compassionate approach
