Springside Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a new Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our Rehab team!Springside is a skilled nursing facility conveniently located in Pittsfield, MA. Our facility is full of friendly faces and new opportunities. COME JOIN OUR TEAM!
Requirements for Occupational Therapist Assistant:
- Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapy Assistant License
- Experience working in LTC is a plus
- Working knowledge of geriatric treatment modalities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Compassionate and caring team player
Job Duties for Occupational Therapist Assistant:
- Providing high quality direct intervention utilizing a combination of strategies to maximize progress
- Assist in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
- Assist in completing documentation including daily treatment notes and progress notes
