What You'll Do ✨ Partner with the Occupational Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans designed to help residents achieve their highest level of function

✨ Guide and motivate residents through therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living, and functional mobility tasks

✨ Encourage independence while helping residents build confidence in everyday skills

✨ Monitor progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatments and resident responses

✨ Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support positive outcomes

✨ Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and infection control practices

✨ Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative, resident-centered approach to care

What We're Looking For ✔ Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

✔ Current state licensure/certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant

✔ Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience preferred—but new graduates are encouraged to apply

✔ Passion for helping others achieve meaningful goals and improved quality of life
