What You'll Do

• Work closely with licensed Occupational Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled therapy interventions to help residents improve ADLs, mobility, strength, safety, and independence.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates and recommendations to the supervising therapist and interdisciplinary team.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans, safety recommendations, and home exercise programs.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Contribute to creating meaningful outcomes that improve residents' quality of life.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
• Current COTA license in good standing or new grad applying for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team-oriented mindset and commitment to providing excellent patient care.
• New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.
