Little Heroes Therapy is growing, and we're looking for a fun and creative Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team!

Position Overview

As a Pediatric COTA with Little Heroes Therapy, you'll work with a supervising Occupational Therapist to implement an individualized treatment plan to help children develop the skills they need to participate more fully in everyday life.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising OT.
• Deliver therapy services in children's homes and other natural environments.
• Collaborate with families to incorporate therapeutic strategies into daily routines.
• Document treatment sessions accurately and complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Communicate regularly with supervising therapists and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain a flexible schedule while traveling within the assigned service area.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of South Carolina.
• Pediatric experience preferred (new graduates with a passion for pediatrics are encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
