We provide services in both clinic and community-based settings, which allows for meaningful carryover into real-life environments and helps us meet families exactly where they are. Therapist territory is dependent on their home location. Clinic Locations: West Ashley, Johns Island, Hollwood.

We offer a combination of traditional and holistic therapy services. While we provide specialized training in areas like primitive reflex integration and nervous system regulation, our core mission is to provide skilled, collaborative therapy that creates lasting change for the families we serve.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll provide treatment sessions under the supervision of a licensed OT, working with pediatric clients in our clinic spaces as well as in homes, schools, and daycares. We are looking for therapists to serve the following areas:

Clinic: West Ashley, Hollywood, Johns Island

Community: West Ashley/Downtown, North Charleston, Summerville/Goose Creek/Moncks Corner.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out individualized treatment sessions based on OT-developed care plans.
• Support children in reaching goals related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, emotional regulation, and daily living activities.
• Document progress clearly and consistently in alignment with clinic standards and payer guidelines.
• Communicate with supervising OT regarding treatment updates, client needs, and plan adjustments.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families and foster a supportive, play-based environment for each child.

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with current SC licensure (or eligible)
• Strong interest in pediatric care and commitment to delivering high-quality therapy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfort traveling to homes/daycares/schools as part of a dynamic schedule
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
