Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a qualified Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity supporting students from Transitional Kindergarten through 6th grade. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing occupational therapy services to help students develop the skills needed to participate successfully in school activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with implementing occupational therapy treatment plans developed by a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Provide occupational therapy support to students individually or in small groups.
• Help students develop fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills.
• Support students in improving independence with daily school activities.
• Monitor student progress and document services provided.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, teachers, and other school staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow applicable school and professional guidelines.

Requirements:

• Required: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential.
• Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students across TK–6th grade.

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• 35 hours per week
• Start as soon as possible
