Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and reliable Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. This full-time position (40 hours/week) involves working directly with individuals across various age groups to support and implement occupational therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT). The COTA will also assist in clinical documentation, support administrative functions, and uphold best practices aligned with GoldStar’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist with the implementation of individualized treatment plans to support client goals
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
• Complete documentation and administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all policies regarding participant information and care
• Support the daily operations of the clinical department and contribute to a positive, professional environment
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and performance reviews as required

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Active licensure in the state of employment (if required by state law)
• Previous experience in a therapeutic or clinical setting preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, adaptable approach with a team-focused mindset

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting Salary:$60,000- $75,000 annually
• Bi-weekly pay via direct deposit or check
• 50% company-paid medical insurance
