Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Assist with patient evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the Occupational Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and outcomes.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their recovery process.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
