Position Details

• PRN / As-Needed
• Flexible scheduling based on school and caseload needs
• Monday–Friday, school-day hours
• No nights, weekends, or holidays
• School-based setting
• W2 or 1099 opportunity

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Provide direct therapy services to students
• Support students with fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, self-help, and functional school skills
• Document services and student progress
• Collaborate with OTs, teachers, and school staff
• Assist with monitoring progress toward student goals
• Follow school policies, state regulations, and professional standards

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active COTA license
• NBCOT certification
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Passion for working with children and supporting student success
