We are looking for a qualified and motivated Florida Certified Operator with GHP and WDO certifications to join our team and help us grow our business throughout South Florida.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Florida-certified pest control professional who meets the applicable licensing requirements for General Household Pest Control (GHP) and Wood-Destroying Organisms (WDO).

The ideal candidate will have the appropriate Florida certifications, a strong understanding of state regulations, and the ability to help oversee and support pest control operations in accordance with Florida requirements.

Responsibilities

● Provide technical guidance and support for general household pest control services.

● Support and oversee WDO inspections and treatments within the scope of applicable certifications.

● Ensure pest control services comply with Florida regulations and product label requirements.

● Help maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and required documentation.

● Assist with treatment protocols, quality control, and operational procedures.

● Help ensure company operations meet applicable Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services requirements.

● Provide guidance on pest identification, treatment methods, and industry best practices.

● Support the development and growth of Boxer Pest Control throughout South Florida.

Required Qualifications

● Valid Florida certification or credentials meeting the applicable Certified Operator requirements for GHP and WDO.

● Must meet Florida’s applicable licensing and certification requirements for the responsibilities of this position.

● Strong knowledge of general household pest control and wood-destroying organism services.

● Understanding of Florida pest control laws, regulations, and safety requirements.

● Professional attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills.

● Ability to work independently and help support a growing pest control business.
