Personal Trainer — Sweat House Gym (Kalispell, MT)

About Us Sweat House Gym is a locally owned, community-driven fitness center in Downtown Kalispell. We're growing fast, new equipment, new group fitness programming, and a rebrand launching this fall, and we're looking for a Personal Trainer who wants to grow with us.

What You'll Do

• Deliver 1-on-1 and small-group personal training sessions tailored to each client's goals
• Conduct fitness assessments and build individualized programs
• Motivate and coach clients safely through strength, conditioning, and mobility work
• Help drive client retention and referrals through great coaching relationships
• Collaborate with our group fitness team on member experience and occasional class coverage

What We're Looking For

• Current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent)
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain before start date)
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people reach their goals
• Reliable, professional, and punctual — this is a client-facing role
• Prior PT experience preferred but not required for the right candidate

Compensation & Perks

• $35/hr per session
• Flexible scheduling within our 5:00 AM–7:00 PM hours
