Position Overview

We are seeking a certified Personal Trainer who is professional, reliable, and growth-oriented.

Candidates with an existing client base are encouraged to apply, though it is not required. ALYND supports trainers in building clientele and increasing session volume.

This role is ideal for someone who wants structure, accountability, and long-term development—not casual side work.

Compensation

Session-based revenue model.

Earning potential ranges from $30–$70 per hour depending on session type and attendance.

Higher earning opportunities available for trainers who bring in their own clientele.

Payment issued biweekly or monthly (trainer preference).

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-on-1 and semi-private training sessions
• Deliver structured programming aligned with ALYND standards
• Ensure safe and effective exercise execution
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism
• Wear provided ALYND Studios apparel during sessions
• Maintain a clean and organized training space

Requirements

• Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, CSCS, etc.)
• Strong understanding of strength training fundamentals
• Professional communication skills
• Reliable schedule availability

Preferred (Not Required):

• Existing clientele
• Experience working with athletes
• Experience leading small group training

Studio Policy

Trainers are expected to conduct their primary in-person training services through ALYND Studios.

Outside training activities must be disclosed and approved in advance.

Client solicitation outside of ALYND Studios is strictly prohibited.
