Duties

• Design and implement customized workout programs tailored to individual client needs, goals, and fitness levels
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and safety protocols to prevent injury
• Assess clients’ fitness levels through functional testing and ongoing progress tracking
• Provide expert advice on nutrition, lifestyle habits, and injury prevention to support holistic wellness
• Maintain a clean, organized workout environment while ensuring all equipment is used safely and effectively

Requirements

• Certification as a Personal Trainer from an accredited organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM) is essential
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to develop effective training plans
• Experience in program design for diverse populations and fitness levels
• Background in sports coaching or teaching physical education is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and educate clients effectively
• Always providing a positive client experience
• Previous experience working in a health club or gym environment preferred
