What You’ll Do

As an Anytime Fitness Coach, you’ll deliver high-quality personal training and group sessions while building meaningful relationships with members. You’ll play a vital role in creating a motivating, safe, and inclusive environment that reflects the Anytime Fitness brand.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one and small-group training sessions
• Design and deliver customized fitness programs
• Engage with members to build trust, accountability, and lasting results
• Support new member onboarding and fitness consultations
• Promote club services, programs, and community events
• Maintain a clean, professional training environment

Who You Are

• Energetic, positive, and committed to helping others succeed
• Certified through NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or a comparable organization
• CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain)
• Professional and reliable — takes ownership of the member experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule & Availability

• Flexible hours (morning, afternoon, or evening availability)
• Part-time or full-time opportunities available

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Base Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
