Certified Pharmacy Technician

The Role:

Essential Responsibilities:

*Follow the compound recipe to weigh, mix, and package compound medications according to the specified guidelines

*Use quality assurance guidelines to prepare a variety of medications

*Creams, suspensions, solutions, ointments, capsules, suppositories, troches

*Team player mentality and willingness to help wherever needed within the pharmacy, and rotate within the compounding labs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) license – current and in good standing
• AZ State Board license (CPhT) – current and in good standing
• 1+ years of experience working as a compounding pharmacy technician

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: up to $27/hour based on experience
