Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician (Contract-to-Hire) | Houston, TX area

A well-established 503B compounding pharmacy in the Houston area is looking for a Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join its cleanroom team. This is a contract-to-hire role, a great way to prove yourself and land a permanent seat.

What you'll do:

• Perform aseptic manipulations in ISO 5 laminar hoods
• Compound sterile preparations (IV bags, syringes, vial pooling) in line with batch records
• Complete batch records using good documentation practices
• Keep the cleanroom and equipment maintained to SOP and regulatory standards
• Label, package, and support daily production goals

What we're looking for:

• Texas Pharmacy Technician license (TSBP) and/or CPhT certification
• ACPE sterile products certification
• IV compounding experience preferred
• Knowledge of cGMP and USP standards
• HS diploma or GED; 3+ years as a pharmacy tech preferred
• Comfortable gowning up in a bunny suit and goggles for a full shift, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Shifts: 1st (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Mon to Fri) or 2nd (1:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Mon to Thu)

Pay: Starting at $22/hour

Type: Full-time, contract-to-hire (4-6 months), on-site
