Certified Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and maintaining accurate medication records.

• Perform medication inventory management and ordering.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.

• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients and healthcare providers.

• Adhere to all pharmacy regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required.

-Spanish speaking

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practices.
• Experience in a critical care or acute care setting preferred.
• Familiarity with aseptic technique for preparing sterile products.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, healthcare professionals, and coworkers.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation and record keeping.
