Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Certified Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver engaging Pilates classes, demonstrate proper exercise techniques, and motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals. Your expertise will help create a positive, safe, and inspiring environment for all members. Responsibilities

• Lead group Pilates classes with enthusiasm, ensuring proper technique and safety for all participants
• Demonstrate exercises clearly and effectively, providing modifications as needed for different skill levels
• Develop customized workout routines aligned with clients’ goals and abilities
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment that promotes safety and comfort
• Communicate effectively with clients, offering motivation, guidance, and support throughout sessions
• Stay current on Pilates techniques, industry trends, and health guidelines to enhance class quality
• Assist in promoting studio programs and membership sales through excellent customer service

Skills

• Certified Pilates Instructor with valid credentials from a recognized organization
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and body mechanics
• Experience teaching group fitness classes with excellent demonstration skills
• Familiarity with other fitness disciplines such as Yoga, Bodybuilding, CrossFit, or Sports Coaching is a plus
• Ability to motivate clients and foster a positive fitness experience
• Knowledge of first aid (CPR/AED certification preferred) and safe manual handling practices
• Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse client populations and promote engagement
