Certified Product Design Engineer

1. Summary

We are seeking a Certified Product Design Engineer to join our team for Burn-in Socket product design and development. The ideal candidate will have strong CAD skills, basic proficiency in MS Office, and functional English communication abilities to collaborate in a technical environment.

2. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Design Burn-in Socket components and create detailed 2D/3D technical drawings.
• Lead New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to production.
• Perform design verification, prototyping, testing, and technical troubleshooting.
• Manage Bills of Materials (BOM) and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with production, quality assurance, and client engineering teams.

3. Experience Requirements

• Education & Experience : Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a related field) OR Min. 2 years of practical mechanical design experience
• Preferred: Prior experience in Burn-in Socket design or semiconductor component/test socket engineering.

4. Competencies Requirements

• CAD: Proficient in standard 2D and 3D CAD design tools (SolidWorks).
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Language: Functional English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Engineering & Soft Skills: Solid engineering fundamentals, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a collaborative teamwork mindset.
