Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (a Master's degree is preferred by some employers)
• Licensure: Valid and active CPA license or certification
• Experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in corporate accounting, public accounting, or auditing.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial databases, and popular accounting software (such as QuickBooks, FreshBooks)
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, high ethical standards regarding confidential data, and clear communication abilities
